Mae’s Heart Community Services is excited to announce a new partnership with Feed The Need 4 Life to help address food insecurity and connect individuals and families with much-needed food resources.

Both organizations share a commitment to strengthening communities and supporting people during times of need. Through this partnership, we are expanding our ability to connect residents throughout Cook County, Chicago’s Southland, neighboring communities, and beyond with food assistance and supportive resources.

At Mae’s Heart Community Services, we believe no individual or family should have to face hunger alone. By working alongside Feed The Need 4 Life, we can reach more people, strengthen our collective impact, and help ensure that food resources get into the hands of those who need them most.
