Mae’s Heart Community Services was honored to serve as a proud sponsor of Recharge, Refocus, and Rise, an inspiring Teen Wellness Event presented by the Lincoln Park Chicago Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Incorporated (TLOD) and held at Chicago Youth Centers.

The event brought together approximately 50 young people for an afternoon centered on wellness, encouragement, personal growth, and meaningful connection. Through engaging conversations, interactive activities, and access to valuable resources, participants were empowered to prioritize their mental, emotional, and personal well-being while building confidence for the future.
