Recently Awarded ICJIA Grant

Mae’s Heart Community Services extends its sincere gratitude to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) for awarding grant funding that will allow our organization to expand critical programs and services for youth and young adults throughout the communities we serve.

We are equally grateful to Dr. Mariann Jordan, President and Chief Executive Officer of J&P Consulting, for her invaluable guidance, expertise, and steadfast support throughout the grant development process. Her leadership and commitment played an important role in helping Mae’s Heart Community Services secure this meaningful opportunity to strengthen and expand our impact.

Through this funding, Mae’s Heart Community Services will enhance workforce development, employment placement, mentorship, and comprehensive supportive services designed to increase opportunity, strengthen families, support safer communities, and contribute to violence prevention efforts across Chicago’s Southland.

We deeply appreciate ICJIA’s investment in our mission and Dr. Jordan’s continued dedication to helping community-based organizations build the capacity needed to serve residents effectively. Their support will help us create pathways to opportunity and deliver lasting, meaningful change for the individuals and families we are honored to serve.
